Wall Street English Investor Roadshows: Next Stop Taiwan
Wall Street English is on the road again.
This time, we’re heading to Taiwan – a high demand market for English language learning. On 15th August, 2019, the Wall Street English team will be hosting a roadshow event in Taipei city, where they will meet potential investors and present their attractive business opportunity.
It is a great chance for the Wall Street English team to share information about their established business model, which already has a sizeable footprint in Asia with more than 130 centers (nearly ⅓ of the total network) operating in 8 different territories – China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam.
According to Business Development Director, Lex Baker, “We see great potential to continue to expand our footprint in Asia for the coming years. We’ve already established a strong reputation across the region – now, we’re aiming at entering Taiwan, a market where we see real growth potential for investors looking for a significant investment opportunity. We’ve organised this roadshow event to find the right people to work with us to introduce our brand to the market and build a network of centers in Taiwan”.
Taiwan’s high demand market
The total private English language market in Taiwan is currently valued at: $583.7 million, of which center-based learning is by far the most popular form of study, with more than 60% of Taiwanese English language students choosing this approach. Also, according to a survey conducted in 2018 by Morar HPI, 70% of Taiwanese consider they have no knowledge of English or perceived their knowledge to be basic, while 84% indicated that they had studied English in the past.
What is the business opportunity in Taiwan?
Wall Street English is searching for a Master Franchisee with the ambition, experience and financial capacity to open approximately 10 new centers in Taiwan over the next 3-4 years. Research on market potential shows that centers can be opened not only in the Greater Taipei Area, but also in Taoyuan, Taichung, Tainan and Kaosiung, around 90% of English learners in the market are concentrated in those areas.
Successful investors can expect payback on their initial investment within the next 2-3 years, with strong ongoing returns.
If you would like to learn about an attractive and profitable investment opportunity based on a proven business model and in a rewarding industry, come and meet us at the Wall Street English Roadshow, on the morning of Thursday 15th August, in Taipei.
The Wall Street English team has slots available in the afternoon on Thursday 15th and on Friday, 16th August for additional one-on-one meetings to discuss the business model in more details.
